We are a family farm that has been farming the hills of Ossian, NY since 1853. The current 5th and 6th generations work together to continue the tradition of producing the highest quality beef possible. In order to continue that tradition, the health and welfare of our animals is paramount to our business. Our animals are fed feeds that are of the highest quality and grown locally right on the farm. Additionally, we only use USDA inspected butchers to process our products. It is through this dedication to our land and animals that we are able to produce a high quality product for you and your family!
