Although our name has beef in it, we offer pork as well! We offer half or whole hogs for our customers at wholesale cost. A whole hog will weigh around 200 lbs, hanging weight. When one purchases a half or whole hog they will receive a wide variety of products which include items such as:
-pork chops, spare ribs, hams (all either fresh of smoked)
-bacon
-ground pork
-pork sausage available in a variety of flavors such as: Hot Italian, Mild Italian, Sweet Italian, Breakfast, Maple, Breakfast and Original
We have hogs available on a monthly basis!
