New to the Knapp Farms this year...Pork! We will offer half or whole hogs for our customers at wholesale cost. A whole hog will weigh around 200lbs. total and we charge $3.50 hanging weight. Processing and smoking cost is around $90-$100. We can deliver finished product or you can pick right up from the processor! When one purchases a half or whole hog they will receive a wide variety of products which include items such as:
-pork chops, spare ribs, hams (all either fresh of smoked)
-pork sausage available in a variety of flavors such as: Hot Italian, Mild Italian, Sweet Italian, Breakfast, Maple, Breakfast and Original
We will have hogs available in early summer and late fall of 2022 and quantities are limited!
The amount reflected when buying online is a deposit to hold your spot, which equates to roughly half of the total cost of a half or whole hog.
